Episode 3: Lidocaine Method

Johnny: [00:00:01] Hey, folks, this is the third episode of our Prejac podcast, introducing the lidocaine method today with Johnny and my friend Andy.

Andy: [00:00:14] Yes. And today we are going to be talking about the basics of the Lidocaine method, how to use it to decrease your times. And we’re going to answer some frequently asked questions like, Is Johnny left handed or right handed? And today we’re going to be talking about a very advanced method that I’m sure some of you have heard whispers about. It’s called the Lidocaine method. And we are lucky enough to have an expert here today to discuss. The basics of this advanced. Premature ejaculation training method.

Johnny: [00:00:49] Who was the expert?

Andy: [00:00:50] That’s you.

Johnny: [00:00:52] That’s me. Oh. Oh, God. That’s me. So. Okay. Theory behind the numbing training, otherwise known as Lidocaine method is to reduce stimulation. You need to come. You’re kind of rewiring your brain to to need physical, physically less stimulation to achieve an orgasm. And. Uh, it’s almost that easy.

Andy: [00:01:20] It really is. Yeah. And, like, the idea is similar to the one finger method in that basically we’re reducing the amount of stimulation, but this way we’re reducing it chemically. So we if you want to imagine, like, if you’re using one finger, what’s less than one finger? No fingers, I guess. And the way that we can do that is by chemically limiting the amount of electricity that is transported along your nerves.

Johnny: [00:01:51] Maybe some chopstick. One thing most of you who have mastered the one thing I’m training and you talked about successfully and achieved orgasm was a one finger constantly under one minute could go on with the more more advanced one finger and lidocaine training So if you were certain to go down that rabbit hole, you can do the one finger method. Plus now being on your friend alone and maybe any you. I have a few words on how that exactly works.

Andy: [00:02:32] Yeah. So Lidocaine is a very potent, numbing agent, you could say. It’s also called an anesthetic. And the way that this works is it blocks the nerves. Well, it doesn’t really block the nerves. It blocks the sensors that connect to your nerves, and it stops it from being able to feel things when you’re being touched. So if you apply a little bit of lidocaine to the most sensitive part of your penis and you touch with one finger, it’ll be like touching with half a finger or depending on the amount of dose that you’re using, you could go to feeling basically nothing. And if you can come from feeling basically nothing, then I think you’re doing pretty well.

Johnny: [00:03:12] You’re doing pretty well in getting your brain rewired to feel the smallest touch. The most exciting way, I guess. So you said a little. A little bit of lidocaine. What’s a little bit?

Andy: [00:03:30] I would probably start with a grain of rice amount. And even then, you’ll probably struggle to orgasm because there’s a big difference between one finger with no lidocaine and one finger with a rice grain sized amount. You probably won’t come the first time. Yeah. Rice grains? Plenty. Don’t you think.

Johnny: [00:03:51] So a little bit small, in my opinion, I guess. But for the beginning it might suit best. Yeah. And how much how much time should you give that lidocaine to take effect on the area you put it on.

Andy: [00:04:11] That’s an important question because you don’t want to just go directly into it after you put it on. You don’t necessarily need it to use it as lube unless you are a very advanced. So you would put it on and then wait a good 10 to 15 minutes for it to take effect. And I’m certain you will feel the effect and know that when you are ready.

Johnny: [00:04:30] After 15 minutes, you’re ready to go and you can perform the one finger method you probably already got used to. And yeah, I. I laughed and some kind of try to imagine how it was the first time When I did that, I probably put much more than one rice grain on.

Andy: [00:04:52] And how long did that take you that first time?

Johnny: [00:04:54] Oh, the. The first two times I didn’t came at all. Then it took me about while I. Could only imagine what it was like 17 or 18 minutes. Jeez. Yeah. It’s the first time I wasn’t able to come at all again, so I quit it after 20 minutes. That’s one important thing. We might say that if you. If you don’t get there in a certain time, you maybe should quit for the day and try the next day. So. You once wrote that 20 minutes is enough, and if you don’t come within 20 minutes, you might stop for that day and go on with training the next day.

Andy: [00:05:47] Yes, I agree with you, which that is my idea. So I’m agreeing with myself here. But yes, that’s a good idea. 20 minutes, I think, is enough for your body to sort of get the idea of what’s going on so you can adapt and try again later. And it’s going to be frustrating as hell. I think a lot of people get super sexually frustrated with the Lidocaine method and oh yeah, you can imagine.

Johnny: [00:06:14] I can imagine I’m getting frustrated. It’s not common in the beginning, but very common if you have to overcome some plateaus or got some fallback on higher times. A you you could imagine if you. Got experience with a lot of came method and got down to maybe two or 3 minutes with one finger and you fall back to 8 minutes. That’s that’s pretty frustrating.

Andy: [00:06:42] That would piss me off.

Johnny: [00:06:45] That’s that’s that’s a point where some might some may consider that stopping that and going with one finger without lidocaine. But if you if you really want to achieve some some really outstanding good times, you might go on and work your way back down to one or two or 3 minutes with lidocaine and not stop. If you fall back to some higher or longer times.

Andy: [00:07:15] I think that is excellent advice and I would like to throw in also that there is a good reason that we call this an advanced method, because if you just jump directly into lidocaine training without having mastered one finger, you are not going to be able to come very easily and this is going to be extremely frustrating and you are not going to see a lot of success. So that’s why we call this advanced. And another reason is that this takes a long time. So you need to be pretty dedicated to this type of training to see very long lasting results.

Johnny: [00:07:58] You said in your FAQ website that maybe you should stick to this method for six months or maybe 12 months to to really see some some good results. It’s. Much more time. You you need to achieve something long lasting. Good results was a lot of training compared to to the one finger method on its own, which needs to maybe three or four or six months to to see some really good results.

Andy: [00:08:30] So why don’t we talk a little bit about the increase in dosage over time? What has been your experience on how to increase dosage?

Johnny: [00:08:39] The point of increasing that dose is you might see your times get up again. So it’s. Maybe a point that will frustrate you That.

Speaker3: [00:08:52] True.

Johnny: [00:08:54] If you get a tie at times again. But if you’re working your way down with a higher dose, you even achieve. Or you could imagine that if you don’t numb, you can have such great times and such great fast times.

Andy: [00:09:13] So it’s just like working out, you know, it’s just like resistance training. You have to increase the amount of resistance if you want to see results. And the way that I initially came up with this thought was pretty interesting. It’s they sell these sprays, right. Which are lidocaine sprays that are supposed to make you last longer in bed. And I don’t know why it never clicked. It took several years for me to to figure this out. But if you just use Lidocaine when you’re masturbating and don’t use it when you’re having sex, that’s the opposite effect of what Lidocaine is marketed for.

Johnny: [00:09:51] And that’s what we’re all here for. But, the thing is, if you use it for doing the one finger method and if you use it when having sex. That can get your temps down as well. Am I right?

Andy: [00:10:06] I think you’re right. I think if you use Lidocaine every time you have sex, it’s probably going to have a similar effect. You know, maybe the first time you won’t come at all while you’re having intercourse with your partner. But I think over time, you’ll get used to it and you’ll adapt, and the lidocaine won’t work anymore. And if you don’t use it, you will be a prejac.

Johnny: [00:10:29] And that’s a good point, because if you performed the one finger method for a certain time and you got good results like you already come within one minute for several trainings and you think of going the more advanced way with lidocaine. Maybe if you don’t come when using lidocaine and doing the one finger method, it’s a good thing to maybe get some numbing spray putting over a condom and. Using a flashlight. It’s it’s maybe comparable to to having some sex. And it’s a good way to try it out or get used to it. And then doing one finger or getting used to the one finger with lidocaine method.

Andy: [00:11:26] Yeah, I like that because I think a lot of people are interested in having the effects bridge over to intercourse and not just while they’re masturbating, obviously. So I think by emulating that, by using a fleshlight, that would be a really good way to achieve that.

Johnny: [00:11:43] Simple, simple, really simple fleshlight with just one hole super wide and no texture. So you are not getting used to or you don’t crush your penis nerves in some kind of way.

Andy: [00:11:59] Speaking of ona holes, I had a weird I don’t know, I had a phase where I was ordering a lot of Chinese sex toys off like Alibaba and stuff.

Johnny: [00:12:09] From China.

Andy: [00:12:10] They’re all from China, man. But when you order direct from China, you never know what you’re going to get. Man. I got the weirdest sex toys ever.

Johnny: [00:12:18] And yeah, cock is still exists?

Andy: [00:12:21] My cock still exists, although it’s a ghost of what it used to be. But the weird thing I found was that, like, I guess in Chinese. “masturbator” or like “fleshlight” or whatever translates over to “airplane cup.”

Johnny: [00:12:41] Airplanes cup?

Andy: [00:12:42] So when you’re searching on Alibaba or AliExpress or one of these Chinese websites where it’s all translated into English, you’ve got to search like airline cup or airplane cup. And to me, that’s really weird because I don’t understand what it has to do with airplanes.

Johnny: [00:12:58] We have to find some Chinese or Asian guy to figure that out.

Andy: [00:13:03] That’s right. Speaking of airplane cups, why don’t you tell us a little bit about your experience using the Lidocaine method and how you’ve liked it so far?

Johnny: [00:13:14] You get really used to using it, and it’s getting kind of easy in some way. As as I mentioned further, I got some fallbacks. I got down to 50 seconds, one minute with lidocaine and then jumped back to to 8 minutes or something like that. It’s not something I just imagined. It’s it’s kind of true for me.

Andy: [00:13:41] What do you think caused that?

Johnny: [00:13:44] Uh, I don’t know, maybe stress or bad physical condition? I don’t know.

Speaker3: [00:13:51] Hmm.

Johnny: [00:13:51] I haven’t drank enough water that day, or I don’t. I don’t have a clue.

Andy: [00:13:58] Drink water, people. This is a public service announcement. Please drink water. It’s good for you.

Johnny: [00:14:03] It’s a public health announcement. Plenty of water that a day is, uh, keeps the doctor away.

Andy: [00:14:11] Yes, that is right.

Johnny: [00:14:14] But I worked my way down. It took several weeks to get back down to that time, so I had before. And it’s. You could imagine. It in American was what was the heartbeat line called the heart. Imagine my times going up and down like that. That line you see on.

Andy: [00:14:37] You’re talking about EKG.

Johnny: [00:14:39] Ekg.

Andy: [00:14:39] Yeah, it’s funny. This is a total tangent, man, but in the United States is an electrocardiogram spelled with a C, so it should be E, C, G, But since it was invented in Germany and it’s spelled with a K over there, electrokardiogram or whatever it is in German, we still call it an EKG because it was invented in Germany.

Johnny: [00:15:01] You guys could learn something about medical service today. Ekg was invented in Germany and it’s called EKG in the US.

Speaker3: [00:15:10] That’s right.

Andy: [00:15:13] I like that. You heard it first, people. This is from Johnny himself, the expert of lidocaine. Give it a try. It’s a lot of fun. It’s going to make your sex life better. Sex toy review. Excellent. So today. Sorry, Johnny. I got it. I got to keep it. I got to keep it. Big ups. Big ups. So today we’re talking about the lovely supple nips, which I’m sure none of you have heard about. Have you heard about these, Johnny?

Johnny: [00:15:51] No, I didn’t order it.

Andy: [00:15:53] Well, let me teach you a little something about supple nips, Johnny.

Johnny: [00:15:56] Tell me about supple nips.

Andy: [00:15:58] Supple nips have been featured twice on Playboy magazine. They enlarge your nipples with consistent use. They come in four sizes, which is perfect because your nipples will actually increase over time. Increase in size over time. They are small suction cups that you pinch and then apply to your nipples. Use a little bit of lube and then it expands your nipples into the cups and makes them more sensitive. It feels great. This is a great way to train to have a nipple orgasm. You heard me right. Nipple orgasm. It’s real.

Johnny: [00:16:32] As most common for a woman. I guess.

Andy: [00:16:35] It is.

Johnny: [00:16:35] You had a nipple orgasm.

Andy: [00:16:39] Who, me?

Johnny: [00:16:40] Yeah, you.

Andy: [00:16:41] I have had one, but yeah, yeah, it was just I wasn’t trying for it. It just happened. So this is fantastic stuff. If you want to have a nipple orgasm like Johnny clearly does, or if you want to have bigger nipples in general, like male to female trans people who are looking for more feminine nipples, this stuff is great. These things are the bee’s knees. These are the tits dum. Additionally, it will also fix inverted nipples. It will permanently correct inverted nipples. Is that crazy or what? They are fantastic and I used them before getting my nipples pierced because I wanted to have larger nipples and more better surface area for getting a piercing. And they worked perfectly. They my nipples are easily double the size they were before, and it made my anatomy ideal for piercing.

Johnny: [00:17:34] Yeah, it’s absolutely nice.

Andy: [00:17:36] Who doesn’t want bigger nipples? They’re an erogenous zone.

Johnny: [00:17:40] Tell me more about it.

Andy: [00:17:41] Excellent. So, overall, these are a phenomenal. Fantastic. Excellent. Unequivocal product. Ten out of ten. I cannot recommend more men, women, anyone else. You’re going to love them. They’ve brought me some fantastic experiences. It’s been great watching my nipples get bigger. Ten out of ten supple nips. Featured on Playboy magazine links below. Go buy something. So how about we move on to our new favorite feature? Two facts and one lie.

Johnny: [00:18:14] Two facts on one lie. Throughout the United States, approximately 9% of the population self-identifies as gay, lesbian or bisexual. The clitoris is is Greek for “divine” and “goddess-like.”

Andy: [00:18:33] That sounds good.

Johnny: [00:18:33] The left testicle usually hangs lower than the right. For right handed man, the opposite is true for lefties. Guess which one is the lie?

Andy: [00:18:45] All right, Well, I’m I’m tempted to say the second one is true because clits are pretty cool. So I think they they’re pretty divine and goddess like. So that seems to match up for me. But then the question is…I feel like there’s more than 9% of the population that is gay, lesbian, bisexual, but maybe that’s just because of the people I hang out with. My whole neighborhood is gay, like everyone in my town is gay. Like everyone. It’s ridiculous. I’m going to say, number one, throughout the United States, approximately 9% of the population self-identifies as gay, lesbian or bisexual. That is the lie.

Johnny: [00:19:24] That’s absolutely correct. But it’s guess what? How many percent of the population self-identified as gay or lesbian? Guess how as a percentage?

Andy: [00:19:35] 15%.

Johnny: [00:19:37] 15. It’s four. 4%.

Andy: [00:19:39] Four?

Andy: [00:19:45] Wait. What’s up with the testicle thing, though? For real? Right handed men have lower left testicles.

Johnny: [00:19:51] Yeah, if I’m standing. Yeah, I am right handed.

Andy: [00:19:55] I’m ready.

Johnny: [00:19:56] And I’m ready. You can check that in a mirror tonight. We we got some frequently frequently asked questions about Larry Kay method. First one, what should I use if I couldn’t get Aspercreme or something like that anywhere?

Andy: [00:20:16] I’m going to go ahead and say, if you’re in the United States, you should probably be using aspercreme 4%. 4% lidocaine. It works tremendously well compared with all the sprays benzocaine any of the longer lasting sex spray stuff. Just ignore them and go straight for the lidocaine. 4% aspercreme in the at your local walmart or CVS. However. If you’re in Europe. Like my friend here. What should they be using?

Johnny: [00:20:52] Uh, they should use emla cream.

Andy: [00:20:55] I feel like Emla works better than aspercreme, though, in my opinion.

Speaker3: [00:21:01] Why?

Andy: [00:21:03] I think because they have a synergistic effect. When you combine the drugs together, it’s kind of like there are some other drugs where you combine like a Tylenol with hydrocodone and they have a synergistic effect that’s equal to more than the sum of their parts, if that makes sense. You put them together and it’s more effective. So I feel like that’s what’s going on with Emla. It’s because there’s more in there. It works better.

Johnny: [00:21:31] Another question might be how long will it take to see some permanent or nearly permanent results?

Andy: [00:21:38] To have nearly permanent results, you probably need to do at least six months. Do you think that’s about right, Johnny?

Johnny: [00:21:46] Never train to never try to train back. I can’t say anything about that.

Andy: [00:21:55] I don’t think a lot of people want to go back. Is it more about the physics or more about psychology? Like a mind thing? Boy, that’s a complicated question because I don’t think there’s really a good delineation between the physical mechanisms and the mental mechanisms. So for this question, it’s hard to answer, but I’m going to go ahead and give an in depth physiological explanation. So there is a receptors on the ends of your nerves in your penis, which are actually triggered by histamine, which, you know, that’s a whole other thing. But these receptors depend on calcium. In order to be able to feel things. So these are in the ends of your penis. If the calcium is blocked, it will be unable to transmit the signal along your nerve pathways to get to your brain. So when you put lidocaine on, it stops the calcium from being able to enter into these receptors, thus muting the amount of feeling that come through. So it’ll send a certain a very low voltage of signal through your nerves up to your brain where there is a thing called an orgasmic threshold. So it comes through to the base of your brain and it needs to hit a certain voltage to trigger orgasm. So normal people might be I’m just going to throw random numbers out there, you know, five millivolts to to get to orgasm. So you need to have enough stimulation on your penis to send up five millivolts from those receptor sites to trigger orgasm for the orgasmic threshold. However, if your brain is now getting maximum like 2.5 millivolts. It’s never going to be able to come. So it adapts by lowering the orgasmic threshold. And so now, instead of needing five millivolts, for example, it will only need 2.5. And as you increase the dosage of lidocaine, that voltage is going to decrease and decrease until your orgasmic threshold is reduced so significantly that any amount of stimulus will be enough for you to orgasm.

Johnny: [00:24:07] Do you use the lube after putting lido on. In the first episode you talked about sex, grease, what you recommend after using how to use sex grease. To get a better rubbing.

Andy: [00:24:33] Yeah, man. I think. I think sex grease is a fantastic lube in general. I’ve got a jar right here in my hand. Sex, grease, TM personal lubricant with vitamins and herbs. However, just use lube if you’re using one finger method, regardless of whether you’re using lidocaine or not, always use a lube. I don’t care if you’re circumcised or not, just use it. It’ll be a much more pleasant experience. What lube do you use, Johnny?

Johnny: [00:25:02] As previously mentioned, I use my Emla as lube.

Speaker3: [00:25:08] Hmm.

Johnny: [00:25:09] It’s good for me as well.

Andy: [00:25:11] It’s kind of like a gelatinous sort of texture, though, isn’t it?

Johnny: [00:25:16] Uh. No, it’s not.

Johnny: [00:25:19] No, no, it’s. It’s like a cream.

Andy: [00:25:21] Oh, okay. I haven’t used it.

Johnny: [00:25:23] So I’m. I can’t spell the word.

Speaker3: [00:25:27] My knees, my knee.

Andy: [00:25:32] Are you talking about mayonnaise again?

Speaker3: [00:25:35] I’m sorry.

Johnny: [00:25:37] Not potato salad. Mayonnaise. It’s kind of like that.

Andy: [00:25:43] How come you bringing up mayonnaise in every single podcast.

Andy: [00:25:50] I’ve got one more big question, and this is, is lidocaine poisonous or dangerous or toxic?

Johnny: [00:25:57] Oh, yeah. That question just just came in, I guess.

Andy: [00:26:02] Yeah. And I kind of always thought this is going to come up. And I was reluctant to even release this method because it involves a pharmaceutical of any kind, even if it is as safe and non harmful as lidocaine is. So in some countries, lidocaine is a prescription and you have to get it over the counter with the doctor’s prescription. In the United States, you buy it right off the shelf like it’s nothing. You can order it on Amazon like it’s nothing. And that’s because topical lidocaine as a whole is extremely safe. Now, there are some bad cases where people have been stupid, and there is one where a woman was going to have some laser hair removal on her leg. So what she did is she covered her all both of her legs with lidocaine cream and then took saran plastic wrap and saran wrapped it in. And she absorbed the fuck out of that lidocaine and died.

Johnny: [00:27:00] No one in the right mind would do that.

Andy: [00:27:04] No, no. I mean, you do have to understand that it is a pharmaceutical in the same way that kind of Tylenol is, you know, acetaminophen or paracetamol. But the thing is, lidocaine, topical lidocaine is less dangerous than Tylenol, paracetamol, acetaminophen, those things have terrible kidney damage properties. However, I want to preface this or post face this. I’m going to post face this with. I’m not a doctor. Follow your doctor’s recommendations. I’m not a doctor. I’m not a doctor.

Johnny: [00:27:38] And if you’re not certain, consult a doctor and ask before doing it. That is, I guess, if you have some really bad liver problems because of drinking too much alcohol and so on, you might have other problems than caring about trying to prejac.

Andy: [00:27:59] Yeah. Get your liver figured out first.

Johnny: [00:28:04] We got some. Some contest again.

Andy: [00:28:07] All right. All right. I’m going to do a nice intro for the contest. You ready?

Johnny: [00:28:11] You’re ready?

Speaker3: [00:28:12] I’m ready. [Human beatboxing followed by modulated weird voice]

Andy: [00:28:16] Contest time. I’m going to bring a kazoo next time, and we’re going to do it like that.

Speaker3: [00:28:24] Okay.

Andy: [00:28:26] So what do we got for the contest today, Johnny?

Johnny: [00:28:29] It’s a picture of mouth and earrings and neck.

Andy: [00:28:34] And who is this?

Johnny: [00:28:37] Who is this? Identify this porn star from this close up again. Any. Got some important question again. Is there something you can win?

Andy: [00:28:50] Well, as a matter of fact, you can win You can win a lovely T-shirt pictured below. It is a limited edition Prejac t shirt, as well as some stickers with that fabulous Prejac logo. It’s kind of not safe for work, you know, It’s got some like a little orgy pictures in the background is cute though. You could put it on a water bottle. So put in your best guesses on who this porn star is. And the winner will get that limited edition T-shirt. You know who this looks like to me? This looks like. Kim Kardashian. That’s what I’m going to go for. She’s my favorite porn star. Have you seen. Have you seen that porn star or that porn video Kim Kardashian let out?

Johnny: [00:29:34] Oh. I’m missing a ball that some some short parts, I guess.

Andy: [00:29:40] Maybe it’s not good. It’s with a rapper called Ray J. And in the beginning, he walks up to the camera and goes, Hey, man. All right, to all you boys out there jerking your dicks.

Andy: [00:29:51] Put your best guesses in there below. Add your email, put your name in there, and you have a chance to win an excellent T-shirt. Now it’s time to reveal the winner from last week’s contest. The winner is? Drumroll. Nobody. I would love to send this out to someone, but none of them were even remotely close. One of the strange entries we had was Arnold Schwarzenegger. It does not look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. That is a strange entry. And shame on you.

Johnny: [00:30:31] It was me.

Andy: [00:30:33] So this has been the third episode of the Prejac podcast. We have talked about the basics of doing the Lidocaine method, some frequently asked questions and a lovely new contest. Identify this porn star from the close up. Tune in next time to learn about more project subjects and to join us to have a laugh on the Prejac podcast.
