That’s part of why I’m here. And that’s that’s just one facet of of this fetish, really, Because there are people that struggle from coming in a really, really long time. And that was me as well. I used to take like over 45 minutes sometimes, you know, an hour and a half during intercourse to ejaculate. And that was like, it’s a chore. It makes it very challenging for people, your partners as well. They get real beat up. And so that was part of my motivation. So I developed a few different methods. We’ve gone through a couple of different series of trainings, but now we’ve got a pretty reliable training here, which we call the one finger method. And when we have a more advanced one called the Lidocaine method, and I think today we’re mostly going to focus on the one finger method and some of the common things that come up with that. And yeah, just basics about the method. How do you like that method?
Johnny: [00:02:37] I like it pretty much, but I just want to take a shot on how my motivation was to, to get into it. I, I have oh, I suffer delay regulation ejaculation as well and it took me Yeah. Something like like you pretty much 45 up to 60 minutes or maybe didn’t even come cum at all so I took a long road to to get to the project thing I, I have to admit I, I didn’t hurt of of being free Jack maybe two years ago it wasn’t online don’t me now who who got me there and I started some some kind of training and she, she said yeah we, we have to make you come quicker like a prejac. And I was so interested in that that I have to Google it up and have a look at it. And this was, that was the point where I found your Reddit and discord that got me into it. And I was I am so motivated to to take it to the top. And another thing, as my my girl, this is some kind of female prejac as well. She’s already finished in just one or 2 minutes. I took too very much too long for her. And that got her bored because she didn’t she simply didn’t love to be. In fact, for one hour long. That’s that’s what my motivation is from. And yeah, let’s talk about it the one finger method and how to do it exactly.
Andy: [00:04:37] Yeah so I have the article pulled up here but I think we’re just going to riff a little bit too here so you can go to the website. I know it pretty well. So basically the concept’s pretty simple. All you got to do is reduce the amount of stimulation that you use while you masturbate. It’s pretty, it’s pretty simple. That’s the very core concept of it. So the first few sessions, it’s not going to feel that great. And you might not even cum at all. But after a few sessions of using just one finger with a slight pressure on your frenulum, which is the most sensitive part of the penis. And so a lot of people don’t know what a friend is. It’s just find the most sensitive part. It’s just below the head on the interior surface and you use one finger with just enough pressure to get you to orgasm. Record the times, chart the times, if you can. It’s a very motivating. And over time, your times will decrease. Maybe that first session you’re going to be like 20 minutes plus next session, 10 minutes. But I see most people finding results with this very, very simple method. And just like a week or two, they can cut their times in half everything on from there. It varies quite a bit though.
Johnny: [00:06:07] Yeah, that’s simply the basics. But there are some parts because for me it was just at the first attempt to do OFM, I didn’t come at all. So it’s basically not unusual to to not come at all with one finger method. When you first tried, even if you have some some really delayed ejaculation, you you, you really might find it hard to come with just that little stimulation at all. So don’t don’t give up. Just give it a try the next day. If you don’t come within 20 minutes or something like that, you will reach a point where you can come from that less stimulation. It’s not not that easy at first, just depending on how fast you are, usually with normal sex intercourse or full hand. So don’t give up. Just try it. It’s really, really going to be easy after some time and some attempts.
Andy: [00:07:18] Yeah. And it can take some time for some people. It took me a long time to be able to see decent numbers with it. I was hanging out around 3 minutes for a long, long time and that kind of plateaued, you know. So I went from over an hour generally or about 45 minutes to to about 3 minutes with one finger. And at that point, I was already having a lot of success in my training. Obviously, going from 45 minutes to 3 minutes with one finger is a huge amount of difference. And I could see it in my intercourse with my wife as well. Should we say intercourse? I don’t know, man. We should probably just dispense with the medical terminology and just say fuck and or sex or something. Right.
Johnny: [00:08:04] Okay. We should say intercourse. That’s fine for me. Yeah, but I have to. I have to say it with one thing. A method. I got down within one or two months to just about one minute. That’s not a long time for. Just took me about one year or so to to have real difference in intercourse was times going down. Like intercourse was about five or 10 minutes then and it was a decent amount of time. Maybe it was just because I got used to the one finger method really quick and couldn’t translate it to to intercourse. That was a personal problem I had with this method, and maybe some of you might experience it as well. So again, don’t give up. It might take longer, but at some point you will get your time sound with intercourse as well.
Andy: [00:09:09] Right. It’s all those years of of edging and gooning and trying to hold yourself back during sex. I think that really holds people up. You know, there’s a lot of cultural stigma about coming too fast. And that was part of probably part of the reason that I was taking so long. You know, there’s this huge stigma about coming too fast. And I think porn portrays a really unrealistic idea as well.
Johnny: [00:09:33] You once said lube is an essential point to to don’t destroy sensation. Isn’t it?
Andy: [00:09:44] Yeah, that’s I mean, that’s my own personal opinion. You know, I don’t have any studies to back that one up necessarily. But yeah, really, if you’re going to be rubbing the shit out of your friend with a bare finger and you’re especially if you’re circumcised, that is going to hurt you eventually. For uncircumcised people, they don’t have the same issues, but I’m personally circumcised, so I rely on lube and I’ll give you guys some lube recommendations while I’m here.
Johnny: [00:10:10] And she’s not talking about rubbing your frenulum for 15 seconds. He’s talking about rubbing your frenulum for 20 minutes plus.
Andy: [00:10:17] Exactly. Man Yeah. When you’re first starting, man, it’s can it can suck to have your dick hurt after a first session. You know, it’s real demotivating. So. Therefore, it won’t destroy your sex toys made out of silicone. I was thinking we would talk a little bit more about the timing aspects of it because I get a lot of questions about that too. So might be good to address right here.

Andy: [00:11:04] Well, yeah, timing basically in the sense that. You shouldn’t be using this every single day, all the time or multiple times a day, because it just isn’t as effective as far as making progress. So I did a big poll and a little analytical study a couple of years ago, and what we found out is that people that had the most success while doing project training and the one finger method were the ones that did training 3 to 4 times a week. So to make that simple, you just do every other day. So you do a session, then you skip the next day, then you do a session, then you skip the next day. And if you average that out, it comes to three, three sessions, one week, four sessions the next. So it’s exactly three and one half sessions a week on average, and that seems to work really well. And the statistical analysis points to it being a pretty true thing. What are your feelings on that?
Johnny: [00:12:04] Does it have to do something with testosterone levels or something like that? Because every time you orgasm, testosterone decreases. And to build it up again, maybe, I don’t know, because I thought about it a lot. And I personally have to say most guys tend to judge a jerk off maybe three, four, five times a day if they’re young and have the time.
Andy: [00:12:34] Did you say most guys. Oh, my God.
Johnny: [00:12:41] That’s my personal experience.
Andy: [00:12:42] I oh.
Johnny: [00:12:43] Most, most of the guys I know did that when they were 17 or 18 or 19 or that.
Andy: [00:12:52] What do they have in the water over there?
Johnny: [00:12:59] So you say every other day is best?
Andy: [00:13:02] Well, I think the biggest thing I can point to is the community and the people that I’ve personally trained through this. And virtually everyone fights me on on how often they can come. It’s the first thing they ask when they join the community. It’s probably one of the most common questions. And I just tell them straight up, Look, when people don’t follow that, they don’t have good results. And that is exactly what happens with these new people. They will try it two or three times a day and they will not have any results or they will do it every day once a day and not have as good results. And for whatever reason, I don’t have a great scientific explanation for it. But if you do it every other day, you’re going to have best results.
Johnny: [00:13:50] It’s that simple. Just do it every other day. Okay? What you say there’s a lot of fantasy taking part in the in in community life or in the on the internet as well when talking about the object of getting or being a prejac. I mean, the captions and all those things, it’s mostly fantasy, I guess.
Andy: [00:14:21] Yeah, man. Like five years ago I would, I would have said now that that doesn’t exist, people are basically telling the truth about how fast they’re coming online and things have changed. Now, this is a highly fetishized topic these days, and there are a lot of people that just say whatever they want because it turns them on. So you’ll see a lot of that, especially in the captions. Those captions are a total fantasy. Not that I don’t love them though.
Johnny: [00:14:55] I love them too. But it’s I mean, from your point of view, do you think it’s physically possible to just come in within a blink of an eye at the sight of a beautiful woman or a beautiful man or whatever? Is it physically possible? What do you think?
Andy: [00:15:19] Yeah, I mean, maybe not the exactly the way that you’re describing, but people have achieved that from our community that have started from, you know, a decent amount of stamina and have gotten down to the point where they are coming instantly upon stimulation. And it’s happened to me a couple of times, but it’s not reasonable for everyone. Every person is different and most people are not built that way. And even if it does happen to you like you’re out in public and you see something and it just snap, you’re done. That’s that’s very rare. It happens to some people more often than others, but it’s not common and it’s not something you should expect. It’s not the most realistic view on this. And it’s kind of I can see that getting in the way. I could see that being really challenging to have in your everyday life. And I don’t think it’s sustainable maybe once or twice, but that’s it.
Johnny: [00:16:27] You should always have some tissues with you.
Andy: [00:16:31] Just wear a condom when you go out.
Johnny: [00:16:34] Okay, That’s an option too. If you reach a certain point, you you end, you switch back to full masturbation, for example. You just have to keep quick sessions within that time and you may stick at that point.
Andy: [00:16:55] Yeah, definitely. That’s certainly my experience and my experience training others as well, is you don’t want a goon or edge. If you have really long sessions, it’s gone. You will get your stamina back for most people.
Johnny: [00:17:09] So basically for those who might consider trying OFM method because of the delayed ejaculation or something like that, it’s it’s basically to don’t switch back to bad habits like full hand masturbation groaning or watching porn for hours and stroking and stroking so on and whatever. So basics for keeping that What? If achieved with one finger is to don’t fall back to bad habits. That’s the thing.
